Amazon’s Head Guy Under Attack Due To Working Conditions

Working conditions are so important in any work environment.  Employees have to feel comfortable in order for them to do their best work.  But what happens when there are limitations to your work schedule?  What happens when you have a uncomfortable work environment and the powers above do nothing to change this situation?  It can often lead to unhappy employees who go on strike or leave the company all together.

A New York Time article claims that Amazon has a cruel and back-stabbing work environment.  The article is based on employee interviews and outlines the harsh working environment at the well known retailer.  Jeff Bezos, a chief executive at Amazon, read the complaints of this workers and wrote a response to their unhappiness.
