Kardashians Fight Arbitration Loss, Seek Clarification

Law360, Los Angeles (February 9, 2017, 8:09 PM EST) — The Kardashian sisters on Wednesday furthered their previously denied push to arbitrate a trademark fight with Kroma Makeup EU LLC, asking the Eleventh Circuit to seek clarification on the meaning of certain arbitration clause language from the Florida Supreme Court.

In mid-January, an Eleventh Circuit panel ruled with a pun-packed opinion that a Florida district judge rightfully denied arbitration.
