Delta Employees Files Class Action Over Uniforms

Delta Air Lines workers are suing manufacturer Lands’ End over the flight attendant and groundworker uniforms that they say are causing severe health issues. The Wisconsin class-action lawsuit, which was filed in Wisconsin, alleges that employees have suffered from severe respiratory illnesses, rashes and headaches, among other symptoms, as a result of their work attire. Delta’s management said it believes the uniforms are safe. In 2017 American Airlines split from their clothing provider, Twin Hill, because of complaints from its flight attendants.
