Allegedly, DEFENDANT misclassified employees solely on the basis of their job title and without regard to DEFENDANT’s realistic expectations, the actual overall requirements of the jobs, the hours worked or the pay received by the employee. Therefore, DEFENDANT allegedly failed to provide accurate wages or overtime compensation due to employees being wrongly classified as exempt.
