Coats Rose Adds Two Litigators to Dallas Office

DALLAS – March 17, 2020 – Coats Rose, P.C., a transactional and litigation law firm focused on development, is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys in its Dallas office, bolstering the firm’s litigation practice.  Ryan M. T. Allen joins the firm as a director and R. Anderson Sessions joins as an associate, both in the litigation section in the Dallas office.  Coats Rose has experienced significant growth with eight lateral attorneys joining the firm during the first quarter of 2020, including both Allen and Sessions.

Allen is a director in the Dallas office. His practice focuses on business law and business litigation, and he represents clients from individuals, entrepreneurial start-ups and Fortune 500 corporations, as well as physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgical centers, pharmacies and other medical service providers. Allen acts as a strategic advisor to his clients in addition to providing business litigation services, as many businesses rely upon him to act as their general counsel.

Session’s practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in state and federal commercial litigation matters involving breaches of contract, deceptive trade practices, intellectual property / trade-secret litigation, employment law matters, and other business torts. Sessions was recently named to the 2020 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. This recognition is given to no more than 2.5% of eligible attorneys in the State of Texas under the age of 40 and in practice for 10 years or less.
